A booking becomes binding upon payment of the deposit. The deposit will be either £500 or £400, depending on the full rental price. In the unlikely event that I am unable to honour the booking for some reason, the deposit will be refunded in full. It will not be refundable otherwise, unless another booking can be secured for that period at the same rate.
The balance is to be paid a month before the holiday, by bank transfer if possible.
No bookings are taken for the following season until that week this year has passed, enabling the present year’s visitors to re-book their week(s) if they wish to do so. This is, however, subject to family bookings, which will take precedence.
NB I do not provide the facility for charging an electric vehicle. I am not covered by insurance in the event of a fire, and the vehicle owner would therefore be liable. Please use the charging point in the National Trust car park in the village..
