Availability and Tariff

 

The prices quoted here are based on a booking for one week, from Saturday at 4.00 pm to the following Saturday at 10 am, for a maximum number of 14 people (to sleep in 1 king-size bed, 3 twins and 2 triple-bedded rooms).

Out of season, short breaks are available. The rates depend on the number of nights booked ( a minimum of 3 nights, but preferably 4 in popular periods. Occasionally, very out of season, I do take 2-night bookings at a weekend, with the option to stay all day Sunday for a small extra charge).  Please contact me for these prices.

There is a surcharge of £15 per night to contribute to soaring fuel costs.  The fee will be added to the rental cost.

There is a minimum stay of 2 nights over any weekend out of season, with checkout at 10 am on the Sunday morning, but with the option to stay on all day Sunday for a surcharge of £140.

From April 2027, the Welsh Senedd will impose a Visitor Tax on all overnight stays in Wales. The levy will be £1.30 per night per person and will be collected and submitted by the owner of the accommodation. The charge will only be imposed on bookings taken on or after 1st October 2026.
